Audio Transcription

Overview

The Audio Transcription feature allows you to convert spoken audio into written text. You can transcribe audio using three different methods: recording directly through your browser, uploading an audio file, or providing a YouTube link.

How to Use

Recording Audio

  1. Navigate to the Audio Transcription page
  2. Select the "Record" tab
  3. Click the "Start Recording" button and speak into your microphone
  4. Click "Stop Recording" when finished
  5. Select your language and click "Transcribe"
  6. Wait for the transcription to complete

Uploading Audio Files

  1. Navigate to the Audio Transcription page
  2. Select the "Upload" tab
  3. Click the upload area or drag and drop your audio file
  4. Select your language and click "Transcribe"
  5. Wait for the transcription to complete

Supported formats: MP3, WAV, M4A, FLAC, and OGG

YouTube Links

  1. Navigate to the Audio Transcription page
  2. Select the "YouTube" tab
  3. Paste a valid YouTube URL in the input field
  4. Select your language and click "Transcribe"
  5. Wait for the transcription to complete

Managing Transcriptions

All your transcriptions are saved automatically and can be accessed from the right panel on the Audio Transcription page. For each transcription, you can:

  • View the full transcription text
  • Generate a summary of the transcription
  • Download the transcription as a PDF document
  • Delete the transcription when no longer needed

PDF Analysis

Overview

The PDF Analysis feature allows you to extract text from PDF documents and generate various types of summaries and analyses. This is perfect for quickly understanding long documents, research papers, or reports without having to read them in full.

How to Use

Uploading and Analyzing a PDF

  1. Navigate to the PDF Analysis page
  2. Click the upload area or drag and drop your PDF file
  3. Wait for the PDF to be processed and text extraction to complete
  4. Once processed, you'll see the PDF preview on the left and analysis options on the right

Generating Summaries

After uploading a PDF, you can generate different types of summaries:

  • Executive Summary: A concise overview of the key points
  • Detailed Summary: A more comprehensive summary with important details
  • Bullet Points: Key information presented in an easy-to-scan bullet point format
  • Key Insights: The most important takeaways from the document

To generate a summary, simply click on the corresponding button in the summary options panel.

PDF Chat

The PDF Chat feature allows you to ask questions about the content of your PDF document and receive AI-generated answers based on the document's content.

How to Use PDF Chat

  1. After uploading and processing a PDF, click on the "Chat with PDF" button
  2. Type your question in the chat input box at the bottom
  3. Press Enter or click the send button
  4. The AI will analyze the document and provide an answer based on its content
  5. Continue asking questions as needed

Downloading Results

You can download any generated summary as a PDF document by clicking the "Download Summary" button that appears after a summary is generated. This allows you to save and share your analysis results.

EXO AI

Overview

EXO AI is our advanced conversational AI assistant that can help with a wide range of tasks. It can answer questions, provide information, analyze documents, and assist with various content creation needs. EXO AI is designed to be your intelligent companion for all your information processing tasks.

How to Use

Starting a Conversation

  1. Navigate to the EXO AI page
  2. Type your question or request in the chat input box at the bottom
  3. Press Enter or click the send button
  4. EXO AI will respond with relevant information or assistance

Document Analysis with EXO AI

You can upload documents for EXO AI to analyze and discuss:

  1. Click the document upload icon in the chat input area
  2. Select a document from your device (PDF, DOCX, TXT supported)
  3. Wait for the document to be processed
  4. Ask questions about the document or request analysis

Language and Theme Settings

EXO AI offers customization options for your chat experience:

  • Language Toggle: Switch between different languages in the header
  • Theme Toggle: Switch between light and dark mode for comfortable viewing

Text-to-Voice

Overview

The Text-to-Voice feature allows you to convert text into natural-sounding speech using advanced AI technology. You can input text in various ways, select from multiple languages and voice options, and customize the output to your preferences.

Input Methods

Text Input Tab

This is the default tab for directly typing or pasting text you want to convert to speech.

  1. Click on the "Text Input" tab
  2. Type or paste your text in the provided textarea
  3. Configure voice options (explained below)
  4. Click "Convert to Audio" to generate speech

File Upload Tab

For converting longer texts stored in a text file:

  1. Click on the "File Upload" tab
  2. Click "Upload a file" or drag and drop a .txt file (max 10MB)
  3. The file content will be displayed in a preview
  4. Configure voice options and click "Convert to Audio"

Audio Upload Tab

For transcribing an audio file and then converting that text to speech (possibly in a different language or voice):

  1. Click on the "Audio Upload" tab
  2. Click "Select File" or drag and drop an audio file
  3. Choose the language of the audio content
  4. The system will transcribe the audio to text
  5. The transcribed text will appear in the Text Input tab
  6. Configure voice options and convert to the desired voice

Record Tab

For recording speech directly and converting it to text, then to a different voice:

  1. Click on the "Record" tab
  2. Select the language you'll be speaking in
  3. Click "Start Recording" and speak clearly
  4. Click the button again to stop recording
  5. The system will process your speech and transcribe it to text
  6. The transcribed text will appear in the Text Input tab
  7. Configure voice options for the output speech

Voice Options

Selecting Voice Characteristics

  • Voice Gender: Choose between Female, Male, or Neutral voice types
  • Language: Select from multiple languages including English (US/UK), Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, Hindi, and Portuguese
  • Voice Actor: Once you select a gender and language, specific voice actors will be available to choose from

Advanced Options

Click the "Show" button next to Advanced Options to access additional settings:

  • Speed: Adjust the speaking rate from 0.5x (slower) to 4.0x (faster)

Output and Download

Working with Generated Audio

After clicking "Convert to Audio" and processing completes:

  • The audio player will appear with your generated speech
  • Use the player controls to play, pause, and adjust volume
  • Click the "Download Audio" button to save the MP3 file to your device
  • You can make changes to your text or voice options and generate new audio as needed

Token System

The Text-to-Voice feature uses a token system:

  • Each account has a monthly token allocation based on subscription tier
  • Tokens are consumed when generating audio (based on text length)
  • The token counter in the interface shows your remaining tokens
  • Premium subscriptions offer higher token limits

Tips for Best Results

  • For better pronunciation of technical terms or names, try different spelling variations
  • Use punctuation correctly to ensure natural-sounding pauses and intonation
  • Different voice actors may handle certain phrases differently - experiment to find the best match for your content
  • For longer texts, consider breaking them into logical paragraphs
  • When recording audio for transcription, speak clearly and minimize background noise
  • Always review the transcribed text before converting to a new voice to correct any errors

How to Subscribe

Subscribing to EXODUS AI TRANSCRIBE

Follow these steps to subscribe to EXODUS AI TRANSCRIBE and get full access to all premium features.

Step-by-Step Subscription Process

  1. Navigate to the Pricing Page

    Visit the Pricing page to view available subscription options.

  2. Select Your Preferred Plan

    Choose between Monthly (฿200/month) or Annual (฿2,000/year) billing. Toggle between options using the switch at the top of the pricing section.

  3. Click Subscribe Button

    Click the "Subscribe Now" button under your chosen plan.

  4. Sign In or Create Account

    If you're not already signed in, you'll be prompted to sign in or create an account.

  5. Complete Payment

    You'll be redirected to Stripe's secure payment page where you can enter your payment details.

    Your payment information is securely processed by Stripe. EXODUS AI TRANSCRIBE never stores your credit card details.

  6. Confirmation

    After successful payment, you'll be redirected back to EXODUS AI TRANSCRIBE with full access to all premium features.

After Subscribing

Once your subscription is active:

  • You'll see a "Premium" badge next to your email in the navigation bar
  • You'll have immediate access to all premium features
  • You can view your subscription details on the Subscription Status page
  • You'll receive a confirmation email with your subscription details

How to Cancel Your Subscription

Cancellation Process

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Follow these steps to cancel your EXODUS AI TRANSCRIBE subscription.

Step-by-Step Cancellation Process

  1. Click on Your Email in the Navigation Bar

    When logged in, click on your email address displayed in the top navigation bar.

  2. Go to Subscription Status

    Select "Subscription Status" from the dropdown menu, or navigate directly to the Subscription Status page.

  3. Click Cancel Subscription

    On the Subscription Status page, locate and click the "Cancel Subscription" button at the bottom of the page.

  4. Verify with Stripe

    You'll be redirected to Stripe's customer portal where you'll need to log in to verify your identity and confirm the cancellation.

    You'll receive a verification link from Stripe to log in to your account and complete the cancellation process.

  5. Confirm Cancellation

    Follow the prompts in the Stripe portal to confirm your cancellation.

  6. Cancellation Confirmation

    After confirming, you'll receive an email confirming your subscription has been canceled.

Important Notes About Cancellation

  • You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
  • There are no refunds for partial subscription periods
  • You can resubscribe at any time by visiting the Pricing page
  • If you have any issues with cancellation, please contact our support team
